Aya F.

Aya F. is a high school youth organizer actively working towards social, political, environmental, and economic justice in the Inland Empire and the wider world, most notably in her homeland, the Philippines.

Aiming to become a researcher in her chosen fields of sociology and environmental science, she wants to center community and people power at the heart of her work, syncretizing Marxian ecosocialism grounded in the principles of anti-imperialism, individual autonomy, and minority rights, stemming from her background as a queer immigrant.
