For a conference series on the ‘normative and institutional fundamental questions of economics’ from March 4 to 6 2026 in the Protest Academy Tutzing, Germany, a call for papers has been published. The conference aims to reflect on a wide range of planning approaches, from planning elements in capitalist markets to post-capitalist alternatives. Both theoretical and practical implications of planning and markets will be discussed and developed and for the open section of the conference, researches from economics, social sciences and cultural studies as well as practitioners are invited to present their research in parallel panel sessions.
More information on the questions and topics of the panel sessions can be found in the attached call for papers. While the main part of the conference will be held in German language, submissions for sessions both in English and German language are welcome.
