New German Wikipedia Entry for “Planned Economy”

There’s a new German Wikipedia entry on “Planned Economy”. Before, there was only a German entry on “Centrally Planned Economy“, which didn’t reflect the state of the discussion on economic planning today. The new entry touches on some of these new developments, but additions are of course welcome!
