New Issue of Agora42 on Democratic Economic Planning

Agora42, a German magazine on philosophical economics published an issue titled ‘What’s the plan?’ on democratic economic planning. After an introduction into the planning debate, different authors including Aaron Benanav and Matthias Schmelzer dive deeper into some aspects like multidimensional economies or democratic planning in times of climate collaps. With Uwe Schneidewind, mayor of a medium-sized city in the west of Germany, also perspectives from the praxis of city planning are included in the issue.

The full issue is only available in print and can be found here. One of the articles by Samuel Decker on a historical view on the planning debate can be read here.
