The anarcho-communist group La Banda Vaga from Freiburg, Germany, hosted a series of events earlier this year to promote and discuss ideas of democratic economic planning to meet the challenges of climate change. The group hosted a total of five events with different guests such as Samia Mohammed, Walther Zeug, Heide Lutosch and Jan Groos. They now reflect on this series and summarise each event in an article in the German antiauthoritarian-communist blog Communaut. Building on the learnings from the events, the group now works on a larger paper on democratic economic planning that will be published soon.
The article in German language can be read here.
