In a new literary essay, sociologist Tilman Reitz from the University of Jena reviews a collection of four books connected to democratic economic planning, real utopias, socialization and ecological economics (Creative Construction, Öffentlicher Luxus, Anarchistische Gesellschaftsentwürfe, and Anarchistische Ökologien) and their utility in constructing alternatives to capitalism.
