Description:
Socialism is a movement for the most revolutionary and humane values now conceivable. But it is also a system, with an operational core that transcends capitalism and class-antagonistic society in general. That core ― MDIC ― unites central with local planning, and quantitative with qualitative/political evaluation and decision-making. A crucial relation between plan and result ― here called the Collective Morale Function ― evolves, as socialist tech and social relations mature. This evolution enables progressive unification of macro coordination with local incentives and participation, thus fulfilling, by stages, the age-old dream of “the working class in power.”
