David Zachariah will present a working paper, “Socialist Planning in the Era of Climate Change“, co-authored with Tomas Härdin which explores the question of realizing a feasible and stable implementation of economic planning. We discuss how planning institutions should be built upon the autonomous regulation of production by enterprises, in order to overcome the information and incentive problems that emerged from historical experiences with economic planning.
