Future Histories Podcast Publishes Recording Of Creative Construction And The Struggle over Progress Event

The Future Histories podcast has published a recording of the event Creative Construction and the Struggle over Progress that happened on Thursday 11th June from 7PM-9PM UTC+2 at the Thalia Theater. At the event, Kohei Saito, Christoph Sorg and Jan Groos discussed how democratic economic planning can be the solution to the social, economic and ecological crises caused by capitalism. They did this through critically engaging with the arguments contained in the Sorg and Groos’ book Creative Construction: Demokratische Planung im 21. Jahrhundert, a German translation of Creative Construction Democratic Planning in the 21st Century and Beyond, and in Saito’s book Am Ende des Fortschritts: Überleben in den Ruinen des Kapitalismus/At the end of progress: Survival in the ruins of capitalism.
