The IDA (Initiative Demokratische Arbeitszeitrechnung) has published a proposed solution to calculating the payout factor or “Factor of Individual Comsumption” (FIC) calculated when there are different planning cycles in an economy. They will implement their proposed solution in their labor time accounting app. They welcome feedback, which you can send them here.
