Pelle Dragsted, member of parliament for the Danish Red-Green Alliance, Marxist thinker and author from Denmark, recently published an essay for the Rosa Luxemburg Foundation titled ‘Nordic Socialism Shows the Way to a Democratic Economy’. In the essay, Dragsted highlights elements of democratic planning in the economies of Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland and calls for “compelling – and realistic – socialist alternatives” to fight the far-right threat.
