The Cibcom collective has recently translated the article Soviet Scoops: Ice Cream with Socialist Characteristics by the blog The Stalin Era into Spanish. The article examines the history, development and issues with ice cream production in the Soviet Union in order to examine its implications for how consumption could be organised in a post-capitalist society today.
